At Naivetu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
